The Customer Excellence and Digital Solutions team oversees the Covestro Sales Process, drives Sales Enablement initiatives, and fosters meaningful Customer Interactions.

You will work closely with colleagues (m/f/d) from all business areas and regions, globally.
You will support and optimize knowledge transfer and exchange.
You will assist in daily operational business.
Your project management focus will be to:
Evaluate the status quo of how Covestro is selling today
Develop ideas for how Covestro will sell in the future
You are an enrolled senior student with knowledge of Sales Management and Sales strategies.
You have the ability to develop surveys or face-to-face questionnaires and execute them.
You are capable of collecting, aggregating, organizing, and analyzing survey results.
You are communicative, careful, independent and responsible
You have very good communication skills
Fluent English round off your profile.
