Attività:
- Daily use of tools: SAP, Power BI & Power Query, Office 365
- Join Scrapping Process Optimization Project
- Conduct deep dive analysis on General Expenses Cross-Charges
- Join project aimed to improve financial transparency in Plastic Tax
- Calculation of Intercompany Price (HUB ICP) in SAP
- Asist in preparation and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs reports
- Prepare User instruction videos using different tools (incl. Gen-AI)
- Collaborate with different teams within the Shared Service Center, including Transport Control Center, Planning, Master Data, other Controlling areas and Accounting Team
- Gain insights into various aspects of Supply Chain operations and how they interconnect
- Build a network with professionals across different departments and enhance your understanding of the business.
Requisiti principali:
- - Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Availability to work min. 30 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
