Attività:
Support on daily basis European Sales Director and Head of Markets Sales Management in the Sales Operations coordination through 3 mains areas:
Sales Strategy
- Contribute to planification of Sales calendar based on product events and sales seasonality
- Sustain and improve communication flow to internal functions and regional clusters
- Support creation of business cases and volume plans per market.
Field Forces Coordination
- Organise regular meetings with Regional Field Forces
- Manage minutes, actions and tasks list for stakeholders and related follow-up
- Support management in writing bulletins and guides for retail network.
Reporting
- Update and analyse regular performance reports in order to prepare the regular business reviews
- Coordinate Variable Bonus Margin allocation to dealers on monthly basis
- Track Variable Margin Expenses on monthly basis.
Requisiti principali: - Is in the final year of university pursuing a degree course in business administration/Finance, or a related field.
- Is looking to gain hands-on experience in a global automotive company.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
- Can come up with new ideas, improvement proposals & open to learn.
- Is good with processing data & building reporting dashboards on Excel and familiar with other office tools (affinity & knowledge towards any other data tools is a plus).
