Attività:
- Support the Global Education team in content creation and planning, including leading your own projects
- Manage communication with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyze performance and track the success of launches
- Contribute to our company’s digital transformation and take ownership of an individual project with strategic business impact
- Brainstorm new ideas to support local teams with project implementation, including promotion and local content strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze data to generate strategic recommendations
- Collaborate closely with other global departments, local teams, and agencies in an agile working environment
- Provide administrative support with agendas, presentations, events, and ad-hoc projects
- Gain detailed insights into the exciting world of hair.
Requisiti principali:
- - Student who has successfully completed the first semesters of a business-related degree, ideally focused on strategy, project management, or innovation
- Practical experience in agile working methods, digital product development, eCommerce, or strategy consulting is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and organizational skills, with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo
- Proactive team player with a high level of independence and ownership.
