• Prepare color inspiration boards for kick-off & preparation;
• Help develop new styles;
• Drive innovation & sustainability within the O’Neill product team;
• Work with production teams on specific design needs;
• Research trends & share findings with the design team;
• Help build technical design sheets for the styles across the range;
• Work as a team on daily updates to re-energize the range through new shapes, fabric, trims & print programs.

• Your Background:Design background or education;
• Availability: as of June 2025 till August 2025;
• Skills:You’re experienced with Adobe Illustrator (you don’t need to be the best, but we really need someone who knows their way around the program);
• Communication:You’re fluent with the English language skills;
• Attitude:You pay attention to detail, you’re eager to learn and you like to take risks.
