Attività:
  • Invoice correction/creation based on Customer request. 
  • Billing related Case Management in Smartsheet. 
  • Cooperating with departments in the BSC (such as Customer Service and Collections). 
  • Supporting colleagues, acting independently within the scope of responsibilities. 
Requisiti principali:
  • Have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card. 
  • Fluency in English and at least intermediate knowledge of Italian 
  • Can work a minimum of 20 hours per week 
  • Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) confidently. 
  • Have excellent communication skills. 
  • Have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
