During this internship you will be responsible for carrying out kitchen work, under the supervision of an experienced chef. The preparation of dishes / dish parts from semi-finished products and fresh ingredients rotating in groups (parties) is also part of this. Preparing fresh ingredients by, among other things, washing, cutting, pre-cooking, mixing / stirring, mashing using kitchen equipment and cleaning the work environment, kitchen machines, equipment and other work materials are part of your daily activities.
In addition, you will gain knowledge about safety rules and hygiene and you will be attentive to compliance with the established rules regarding industrial and personal hygiene.
The ideal candidate is therefore skilled in handling knives, operating kitchen appliances and dosing ingredients to very small quantities.You work well independently and in a team. You pay attention to detail and quality and you are guest-oriented. In addition to being collegial, you have a flexible attitude in terms of working hours and you are stress resistant.
