As our new UX intern, you will be working within the User eXperience team, a Community of more than 90 people located all over the world with the same mission : collaborate with product and packaging teams to create relevant innovations by bringing user understanding and inputs all along the innovation process. Your key role will be to co-lead a research program, aiming to bring a better understanding of parent’s expectation towards plant-based category for their babies and toddlers, and guide the project team on how to co-design the best offer where user’ and business’ needs meet. In the framework of your project, you will be expected to interact with different functions within Nutricia (product developer, marketing, nutrition and science team...) and with external stakeholders (agency, external researchers if relevant).
So what will you do in practice?
You are a master student in industrial design, strategic product design, human center design or a similar field. Knowledge in agile innovation process is a bonus (design thinking, sprint,…). You are able to collect, organize and analyze data from different sources and translate it into actionable relevant insights. You are a good communicator who likes working both independently and in a team. You are proactive and curious, and like facilitating workshops and meetings. Being comfortable with digital tools is a plus!
