1. You will be involved in recruitment and sourcing – taking part in the full recruitment cycle, gaining insight into effective talent sourcing, collaborating with the Talent Sourcing Community on effective employer branding topics and support the operations for Benelux & Scandinavia
2. You will be introduced to the essentials of HR operations (administration, employment contract drafting, on-boarding, introduction days & organization of trainings and more).
3. You will also have the option to join ad hoc projects / initiatives including HR communication.
You are currently enrolled in a university program and are available fulltime for a 6 month period starting in July/August. You must be enrolled for the duration of the internship. You are fluent in English. As a Human Resources intern, you apply your pro-active attitude to managing multiple projects while applying your excellent interpersonal skills. Moreover, you can balance supporting your team in their endeavors while also working independently.
