  • You will assist the marketing team in promoting the brands on the market while working together with the sales team and agencies.
  • You will anticipate the needs of the consumers and the changes in the market: It is your job to propose and defend an effective marketing approach according to the needs and expectations of the consumers.
  • Be in charge of client support creations for cross-category promotions (briefs to agencies, tools for the sales force, follow-up of creations) but also for the full Body Care category (add this).
  • Develop internal engagement through projects such as new product launches, newsletters, etc.
  • Analysis and monitoring of categories and promotions at our retail customers (internal and competitor brands).
  • Develop and implement category development projects with our clients in collaboration with the sales team based on
    • Market research and insights.
    • Assortment/linear analysis.
    • Use of Nielsen, GFK and retailer data.
  • Support to monthly category analysis.
Requisiti principali:
  • A bachelor's degree (preferably economics or similar degree)
  • Fluent (minimum B2 level) in Dutch and/or French + English
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (or Google Slides)
  • Curious and take initiatives aswell as creative and communicative
  • Problem solving, well organized and have an analytical mindset
  • Available January – June 2023 (or longer).
