Attività:

 

Specifically for Gender Equality & Inclusion Unit:

  • Compile between 8-10 good practices case studies based on initiatives implemented by  the Olympic Movement. 
  • Prepare reports and analysis on the status of different Olympic Movement stakeholders based on IOC database on Inclusion.
  • Support and assist in the preparation for workshops, webinars, awards and other activities/events carried out by the unit, in terms of content, stakeholders liaison and logistics.
  • Coordination of the Gender Equality LinkedIn Group (e.g. managing group activities, content calendar, member requests, and post approvals).

Specifically for Legacy Unit:

  • Coordinate the update and management of the living legacies page at IOC website and related database.
  • Compile short stories on legacies of previous Olympic Games. 
  • Coordination of a LinkedIn Group for legacy entities (e.g. set up the group, managing group activities, content calendar, member requests, and post approvals).

Support to sustainable development units (i.e. Human Rights, Gender Equality & Inclusion, Sustainability and Legacy)

  • Monitor and report on emerging trends and best practices in Sustainable Development within the Olympic Movement & related industries (e.g. United Nations, TOPs).
  • Assist with other projects as identified by the Unit leads.
Requisiti principali:
  • 1 year of professional experience and/or professional sport career (Olympians and/or high-performance athlete encouraged to apply).
  • Good knowledge of the sports world (Olympic Games, Olympic Movement).
  • Understanding of Sustainable Development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals an asset.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of another language an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media handles (especially LinkedIn).
