Attività:

RECRUITMENT

  • Internal and external job posting;
  • Screening of applications and candidate follow up in ATS;
  • Coordination and organization of interviews (Skype/ live interviews);
  • Active contribution to onboarding of interns;
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs.

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Participation to organization of employer branding acitivies;
  • Create employer branding materials;
  • Contribution to university relationship management.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Interaction with hired interns to prepare their arrival;
  • Collaboration with HR Administration Team related to required documents in onboarding phase.
Requisiti principali:

Profile:

  • Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields;
  • First professional experience in the area of Human Resource Management is considered a plus;

IT-Skills:

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Languages

  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Any other language skills are considered a plus.
