Attività:
- Processing of purchase requests, price checking of offers, clarifications with internal clients and external vendors, handling of orders in SAP
- Obtaining approvals and digital signatures, following-up of deliveries with suppliers, clarifying invoice mismatches
- Performing market research (identifying potential suppliers, bidder onboarding in the system, running pre-qualifications, data analysis)
- Handling the entire RFP cycle in the SAP Ariba system (offer collection, interaction with bidders, trouble-shooting, info flow to internal stakeholders)
- Supporting negotiations (screening tender documents, preparing commercial offer comparisons, keeping minutes of negotiation meetings)
- Contribute to awarding documentation (management summary, reporting of savings).
Requisiti principali:
- - The area of Logistics & Procurement excites you and you would like to learn more.
- Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you.
- You are proactive, cooperative and team-oriented.
- You are currently an enrolled student (preferably in the field of Logistics and Procurement).
- You hold a valid work permit for Austria.
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
