- As an active participant in our projects, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the extensive process landscape and current optimization approaches across various areas of the company.
- You will collaborate with multiple teams such as Creative, Product Development, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Data Management.
- You will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of project and innovation workshops.
- You will assist the team in researching innovations, digital solutions, and digital transformation trends, while also participating in change management and encompassing internal process digitalization and technology adoption.
- As an integral part of the Digital Business Operations – Project & Process Excellence team, you can expect to find numerous opportunities to demonstrate your project & process management skills.
Requisiti principali:
- - Enrolled in or holding a degree in Fashion, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possessing fundamental knowledge of clothing production and a deep understanding of the essential processes within the apparel industry.
- Exhibiting an analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and showcasing a remarkable level of initiative and enthusiasm in your tasks.
- Thriving in collaborative team settings, all while displaying a robust capacity to work autonomously.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrating strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
