Attività:
- Applies exceptions in the billing and keeps track of exceptions
- Cooperates on Clean order validation to ensure payment of only valid transactions
- Ensures on time communication and quality support to AWSPs using Vendor Compliance Ops e-mail task ID
- Manages the penalty reporting for:
- Penalties for unused PC parts
- Penalties for not / late returned PC parts
- Process penalties for plastic / mechanical PC parts, out of warranty battery orders, incorrectly processed monitor orders.
Requisiti principali:
- - University student
- IT skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, charts), VBA knowledge is advantage
- Business level English skills both written and verbal (other foreign language is an advantage)
- Analytical thinking with ability to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.
- Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
- Must be able to work independently without close supervision
- Proactive team player with positive approach
- Be able to work under pressure.
