The Customer Excellence and Digital Solutions team oversees the Covestro Sales Process, drives Sales Enablement initiatives, and fosters meaningful Customer Interactions.

Within our team:

  • You will work closely with colleagues (m/f/d) from all business areas and regions, globally.

  • You will support and optimize knowledge transfer and exchange.

  • You will assist in daily operational business.

 Your project management focus will be to:

  • Evaluate the status quo of how Covestro is selling today

  • Develop ideas for how Covestro will sell in the future

Requisiti principali:
  • You are an enrolled senior student with knowledge of Sales Management and Sales strategies.

  • You have the ability to develop surveys or face-to-face questionnaires and execute them.

  • You are capable of collecting, aggregating, organizing, and analyzing survey results.

  • You are communicative, careful, independent and responsible

  • You have very good communication skills

  • Fluent English round off your profile.
