• University Degree in Psychology, Communication & digital media, Administration or related fields.
• Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus.
• It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement with the educational institution.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced editing tools. (Canva or similar)
• Advanced Excel and Power Point. LMS Valuable.
• Creativity, communication, empathy, active listening, multitask management, innovation orientation, dynamism and adaptability.
