• Animate the e-learning platform by creating new contents, challenges and setting up communication tools
• Help with the deployment of training contents
• Coordinate products updates and communication
• Support the training community
• Create and send monthly newsletter

 Training support

• Collaborate with the Education team
• Follow-up of the Training strategy and Marketing Trade plan
• Develop multi-channels training materials and adapt them to the business objectives
• Support the Department statistic’s monitoring
• Organise training events such as the annual training seminar

 Wholesale and distributors

• Coordinate with the field force team
• Liaise with the field force for all ad hoc requests
• Monitor the competition and market evolution

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Previous experience/internship
• Experience in cosmetic/ luxury/ hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the back-office
• Fluent in English / French
