Attività:
- Managing clients e-learning campaigns from start to completion by setting-up the training courses and track the performance via regular reporting.
- Supporting clients on the development of their training plan based on their needs and specificities
- Following the client relationship from the first touchpoint to the preparation of the training offering
- Working with Deloitte experts to develop e-learning contents and propose creative solutions
- Working with innovative learning solutions and enhance your technical and creative skills
- Participating in client/internal) meetings and be part of additional initiatives within the team.
Requisiti principali:
- - Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, etc. Having a specialisation or a strong appetite for learning would be considered as an asset
- Creative, autonomous, pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset
- At ease with the Office package
- Familiar with basic legal terminology is also considered as an asset
- Fluent in French with a strong command of English.
