Attività:
  • Newsletter preparation, content management and publishing.
  • KPI Dashboard preparations and distribution using SAP reports as data source.
  • PMO (project management office).
  • Preparation and polishing of slides.
  • Organising meetings and invitations.
  • Organising project events.
  • Participation tracking (e.g. for trainings, events).
  • Content management for the Department information site (sharepoint).
  • Support of department team members.
Requisiti principali:
  • You are currently an enrolled student.
  • You are very confident working with MS Office tools.
  • You are very well organized and a multi-tasker with a hands-on mentality.
  • You have great teamwork and communication skills.
  • You have extensive comprehension skills.
  • You have a strong interest into Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
  • You have great English skills (German is a plus).
