- Orchestrating Global Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.
- Customer-Conforming Communication Material: Develop and refine communication materials that resonate with our diverse customer base, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
- Intranet Chapter Representation: Maintain and enhance the presence of the Project Management chapter on the company intranet, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
- Workshop and Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for workshops and regular meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
Requisiti principali:
- - Recently graduated - no more than 3 years - in the fileds of Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Growth mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
