Attività:
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to understand the functionality and architecture of our software systems
- Analyze technical specifications and user requirements to create clear and concise documentation
- Document software processes, workflows, and APIs to assist users in understanding system functionality
- Develop tutorials, guides, and FAQs to support end-users in utilizing our software effectively
- Update and maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance as software evolves
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving documentation processes and standards.
Requisiti principali:
- - Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informaticsa or similar field
- Understanding of software development concepts and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
- Proficiency in document authoring tools such as Miro or Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
