This project aims to study the usage of electric vehicles (EVs) from a customer-centric approach. The objective is to understand the behaviour and attitudes of EV users, their motivations, and challenges. Especially, main mission would be to identify areas where the current BEV user-journey is lacking and seek to identify and conceptually consider specific experiences that would enhance the journey. To accomplish this goal, the following activities you will assist in vehicle benchmarking of new innovative UX concepts, surveys and interview, data analysis and writing of recommendations based on findings. The outcome of this project will provide valuable insights into the behaviour and attitudes of EV users, which will be useful for improving the design of future EVs. And that helps us to identify the priority values for EU customer where innovation is most appreciated and prioritizing new EU & Toyota appropriate, innovative solutions.

Requisiti principali:
  • Student in Cognitive Engineering, Cognitive Science, Human computer interaction, Psychology or similar
  • Language: fluent English
  • PC knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communicator, happy to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Open minded, with interest in different cultures and uses
  • Good self-organisation and time management
  • Analytical – Investigative, inquisitive, always asking 'why?'
  • Customer Centric- Able to leverage their empathy for and knowledge of the user to influence stakeholders teams.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
