Attività:
- Provide an active input to the EU Delegation's tasks of representation and EU coordination in the area of humanitarian affairs, refugees and/or migration;
- Contribute to the interaction between national diplomatic and administrative system(s) and the EU in the context of EU coordination with EU Member States and in particular close cooperation within EU Team (EU Delegation + EU Council presidency);
- Take part to meetings and ensure timely and quality reporting. When needed draft notes/briefings on humanitarian affairs, refugees and/or migration or on issues of a more general nature;
- Contribute to and take part in the organization of meetings and events at the EU Delegation;
- Assist in the organisation of missions from EU Headquarters to Geneva.
Requisiti principali:
- - Young graduate.
- Excellent drafting skills in English, knowledge of French would be a strong advantage; knowledge of the workings of the European Union and of the United Nations would also be advantages.
- Understand how the UN and other international organizations work; contribute actively to the EU's interaction with them.
- Understand the specific area of humanitarian affairs, refugees and/or migration as part of international multilateral relations in Geneva.
