You will look after and monitor our properties, and will be responsible for ensuring that they are in perfect condition and maintained in accordance with our limehome standards
You are responsible for facility management, such as maintenance appointments, insurance matters or building measures
You will keep an eye on all our maintenance orders and regularly check them for (cost) efficiency
You will regularly review pending tickets and coordinate solutions when needed
You will be responsible for sourcing, coordination and control with our external stakeholders and will be one of their contact people
You have completed training or studies relevant for this position - Business Administration/Economics degree is a plus, but not a must
You are willing to travel and visit on site our properties, to explore new opportunities for improvement & development
You have good to very good knowledge of Spanish and English
You have a work permit and are able to work full-time in Spain
You are an independent, organisational talent who is not afraid to take on responsibility
You are structured and have no problems setting priorities
You keep a cool head in stressful situations and put the well-being of our guests first
