Attività:
- Assist with the processing of standard customer orders.
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying prices, delivery addresses, and order details in the system.
- Collaborate with the team in Cluj and maintain communication with the sales team for minor clarifications.
- Provide daily follow-up on the order book to anticipate issues and take proactive action to satisfy customer requests.
- Verify customer requests in terms of lead times and required documentation, particularly for exports.
- Support the handling of delayed material complaints once a week
Requisiti principali:
- - Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2-C1 level).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
- Cooperative and willing to interact and work with others, team player.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and business interfaces (Outlook, email).
- Motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You can work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with others.
- You are eager to learn and contribute positively to team performance.
