As a Compliance Management Intern at Hyundai Motor Europe, you will support the Compliance team in managing the growing demands associated with the implementation of a new Compliance Management System and the introduction of an Export Controls Management framework.  This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance operations within a dynamic international automotive company.  You will assist in day-to-day compliance tasks, including monitoring, documenting, and reporting compliance activities, supporting export control measures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This internship will also involve collaboration with multiple departments, providing exposure to cross-functional teamwork and valuable insights into corporate compliance frameworks.

  • Collect, maintain, and update Training Presentations
  • Administrative tasks, especially related to GAN user maintenance
  • Follow up on agenda tasks, “chase the team” when necessary
  • Ensure that training attendance lists (both face-to-face and MS Teams) are captured and uploaded to the correct portion of the SharePoint
  • Include the project tracker data in the Compliance file
  • Support the team members with conduct research when support needed
  • Assist in the recording and resolution of tickets raised in GAN, including the administration of the relevant GAN spreadsheet
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of bi-weekly reporting
  • Roll out policies, procedures in GAN campaigns and follow-up
  • Responsible to coordinate schedules and events, such as Legal Compliance Governance Townhalls
  • Manage filing of office documents (paper and electronic filing).
Requisiti principali:
  • Pursuing or possessing a degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.  Working students welcome
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus, given our European scope. Good German skills are a plus
  • Ideally with practical experience in regulatory, governance or Compliance (but not a must)
  • Driven, resourceful, and committed
  • Strongly collaborative in dealing with internal stakeholders in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Demonstrate an independent, proactive work style with a strong focus on solutions, while valuing and incorporating professional guidance
  • Maintain a well-organized and structured workspace.
