Attività:
- Assist in the development and optimization of engineering operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support business operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain schedules
- Help in budget planning and resource management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Assist in managing operational risks by identifying and mitigating potential challenges
- Conduct research and provide insights into industry trends, operational best practices, and new technologies.
Requisiti principali:
- - Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Biotech, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Trello) is a plus
- Proficiency in data query languages (e.g., Python, R), business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), dashboard design, information design, and visualization of data for education and decision-making
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
