• Support during the preparation of briefing notes, position; papers, speaking points and other relevant materials on cooperation with European Union parterns and non-EUcountries;
• Monitor the implementation of cooperation agreements and other instruments concluded by Eurojust and its partners;
• Follow relevant legislative and policy developments at Member State, EU and international levels;
• Support to the planning and delivery of various events/meetings, including venue and accommodation arrangements, venue preparations, interpretation, transportation, catering and definition of contingency plans, as required.

• Be a recent university/masters/doctorate graduate, who, by the closing date for applications, has obtained a university/ masters/doctorate diploma;
• Have a very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),the working language of Eurojust.
• Not have received more than six weeks of any kind of in-service training/internship nor have worked or been employed in any capacity within a European Institution,body, office or agency.

General knowledge, qualifications and experience

• Completed university degree in international relations, European studies, law, political science or other relevant fields;
• Solid planning and organisational skills with strong focus on delivering results and goal oriented;
• Ability to take responsibility for specific areas of work and see actions through to completion ensuring that the deadlines are met;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Aptitude for team work in international multicultural environment, as well as cooperative and customer-oriented attitude;
• Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken, the working language of Eurojust.
