Attività:
- Support the PR team in the preparation and organisation of European press events (product launches, lifestyle activities, motor shows) and corporate events
- Communicate and liaise with agencies, external vendors and the various Mazda PR teams across Europe
- Assist with press kits and content production (text, images, video)
- Support the European Press Portal websites
- Generate media reports and analysis, as well as research tasks
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations and future projects.
Requisiti principali:
- - Student of Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Event Management, Business Administration or related field
- Ideally first practical experience in public relations or event management
- Excellent English (written and spoken), knowledge of German and any other (European) language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Teams (Roadmap, Project)
- Enjoy working in an international team and environment
- Motivation, flexibility, self-starter and ability to work independently
- Driving licence (valid in EU).
