You will assist with customer on-boarding, support project governance, and collaborate with global teams to optimize the ControLOG platform. Additionally, you’ll help create working instructions and suggest improvements in our processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will assist in various customer on-boarding and implementation activities.
• You will support project governance and project management.
• You will liaise with global support teams to share best practices and write working instructions.
• You will gain in-depth knowledge of our ControLOG platform and its underlying processes.
• You will take on the role of an "IS ControLOG Advocate":
  • Co-operate globally with business and operations to help teams leverage ControLOG to its full potential
  • Have an open mind to suggest improvements in the ways of working within IS.

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Business Administration
  • Business Informatics (with a specialization in logistics)
• Previous practical experience in the logistics field is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.
• Possess a high technical affinity and a passion for exploring and working with new technologies and software.
• Creative mindset for developing training material using various techniques.
• Strong professional communication skills to captivate and engage with teams.
• Proactive, independent, and assertive approach to work.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with change management techniques and tools is a bonus.
