We’re looking for an intern to join the FileProvider Automation team in Paris, France, for 4-6 months and build a tool for stressing and testing the validity of our sync engine at high scale. This will be used to find bugs and validate our code base, impacting the user experience of our product for hundreds of millions of our users. This work will require learning about file systems, algorithms, networking, operating systems and data structures. The intern will be guided and mentored by an experienced engineer on the team, and will get the chance to present their work at the end of the internship to the technical leadership forum of the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• University knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Algorithms, Data Structures, Complexity, Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, File Systems.
• Working knowledge of the Python or Swift language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Past experience writing a complex program in any language.
