We are looking for a student intern to investigate the interplay between different enzymes in dairy products. The project will consist of a literature review, experiments in the laboratory and using different methods within analytical chemistry. This project will help our team to gain a better understanding of new enzymes to be used in future products. 

Requisiti principali:
  • You are an undergraduate student of programs such as Food Science and Technology, Dairy Science and Technology, Food Technology Engineering or similar.
  • You have time availability for 30 ECTS
  • You are independent
  • You have laboratory experience
  • You are proficient in communicating in English (written and spoken)
