Attività:

 

You will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training projects, with close guidance and mentorship from the Training Manager. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the Training Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of various training initiatives, assisting in tasks ranging from material preparation to project tracking and feedback analysis.

In collaboration with the Training Manager

  • assist in the coordination and management of training programs and projects
  • collect and analyse participants feedback to help improve future training initiatives
  • help track project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Requisiti principali:
  • You are currently enrolled in a higher education degree (business school or university degree) and have a real interest in the field of training.
  • You have ideally a first experience in an internship in a Human Resources department, knowledge of Talent Soft is a plus
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI, which will be your best allies during this internship.
  • You have an excellent command of both English and French
  • You are well known for your rigor and your good interpersonal skills. You also have very good written and oral communication skills, have a sense of service and understand the issues of confidentiality.
  • Finally, dynamism, enthusiasm and proactivity will also be the key words of this internship.
  • A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
