Attività:
- Conducting research on a diverse range of issues using multiple sources and preparing background material;
- Assisting team members with various HR projects and networks, using creativity and out-of-the-box approaches to disseminating information and establishing partnerships with Agencies, Funds and Programmes and other stakeholders;
- Assisting in conducting outreach on selected platforms and social media, such as LinkedIn, by creating innovative audio-visual content;
- Creating graphically engaging presentations and materials;
- Presenting visual concepts and ideas in a compelling and attractive manner;
- Developing visual solutions derived from multiple data sources to enable insight and decision making at various levels;
- Assisting in designing, organizing and managing the collection and analysis of statistical data;
- Showing initiative and proposing new ways to coordinate and streamline the work of the team.
Requisiti principali:
- - Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work. experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
- Ability to use innovative approaches to HR and related fields is desirable.
- Experience in using social media for communication and outreach campaigns is desirable.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for the internship. Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an advantage. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish are the official languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
