Attività:
- Support the development of demos, from concept to completion, across focus industries and product lines, assisting with standard demo assets and custom demos.
- Help manage portions of the demo delivery lifecycle, including storyboarding, configuration, QA validation, and release communication.
- Gain exposure to the technical configuration of Celonis products by supporting stakeholders during demo development.
- Assist in providing custom demo support for strategic opportunities and existing customers under supervision.
- Monitor stakeholder inquiries and assist in troubleshooting issues with demo environments, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Learn and apply demo best practices, both technical and business-focused, with guidance from the team.
- Contribute to enhancing Celonis product demos by incorporating feedback and staying up to date with the latest product innovations.
Requisiti principali:
- - Passion for SaaS product demos, storytelling with data and customer-centric solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, project and stakeholder management skills
- Proven record of thriving in a high-demand, fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
- Studying in Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- (Good to have) Prior experience in solution engineering or demo engineering
