Attività:
- Studying, challenging and refining business needs from our stakeholders (like automating refund process for customers, changing bus offer pricing rules), working closely with Product managers and Bus systems lead to select the most appropriate technical or functional solution.
- Lead the delivery of your projects including ideation, definition of solutions, translation of business needs into project specifications for development and deployment. Implement these solutions through configuration of the systems of your scope (Inventory management, Revenue management, …).
- Ensuring the run of our solutions (inventory management, revenue management, bus tracking system) and assisting users into bug fixing and continuous improvement of our tools in coordination with all tech teams.
- Coordinating projects and developments from internal Tech teams and external solutions providers regarding new solutions.
Requisiti principali:
- - Master’s degree student (Gap or Last year) in Engineering or Business course.
- Able to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. Operations, Engineering, Product)
- Eager to manage projects both from a Business and Tech standpoint ; a prior Tech and/or Project Management internship would be a plus
- Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and a relentless doer
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in French and English
