• Learn to work in cross-discipline to use first principal approach for test equipment design, commissioning and optimization
• Support design and commissioning of test equipment for cell lifetime and abuse/safety tests including mechanical design and software/automation
• Learn about and apply fabrication methods to deliver test equipment quickly
• Perform and evaluate tests for equipment commissioning and product-release
• Create documentation and establish processes for testing and equipment service; train colleagues as needed.

Requirements - Technical

• 3D Design/CAD skills and creation of fundamental wiring and hydraulics diagrams is required
• Experience with Labview and Data acquisition systems is a plus
• Initial experience in MATLAB/Python or other software for data processing is required, SQL is a plus
• Experience with PIDs is a plus
• Hands on working attitude with workshop experience is preferable.

Requirements - Experience & education

• Studying in relevant subject (electrical, mechanical, process, automotive, chemical engineering OR computer engineering, physics or similar with hands-on mindset)
• Initial experience in an OEM or equipment/machine manufacturer is a plus.

Requirements - Soft Skills

• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset, proactive and structured work mentality
• A strong team player, who is capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment; project management experience or foundations are a plus.
