Attività:
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of EBF events and communications strategy;
  • Support in organisation and coordination of events, webinars and meeting logistics, including follow-up with speakers, attendees, partners and sponsors;
  • Liaise with the policy teams to translate policy streams into relevant, impactful events and webinars;
  • Research, brainstorm, suggest ideas for improving existing webinars and events, as well as new initiatives;
  • Liaise with members and partners to ensure a smooth planning, execution and follow-up for events and webinars;
  • Support the communications team in the day-to-day work;
  • Assist with post-event reporting and analytics.
Requisiti principali:

 

The succesfull candidate will have a genuine interest in events, webinars and communications in the field of EU affairs, with a focus on the banking industry. We are looking for a colleague who has a creative, proactive and innovative approach to events, webinars and more generally communications. The candidate will bring enthusiasm in the support to the organisation of in-person and hybrid events.

  • Creative approach for EU affairs, communications, events;
  • Excellent organisational skills with affinity and/or experience with event or webinar organising;
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A proactive, positive personality with the drive to get things together with the team
  • An academic background in one or more of the following fields, or relevant experience acquired in a previous internship: communications, marketing, or events;
  • No previous employee experience in order to meet the internship conditions;
  • An excellent command of English (oral and written, native speaker level) and solid writing skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

 Nice to have:

  • Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, photo design (Photoshop, Canva) and video editing
  • Previous internship experience within an EU/international institution/EU association.
