Attività:
- Advising domestic and international clients on fund formation, marketing, restructuring and other regulatory matters in the investment funds and asset management sector under senior lawyer’ supervision;
- Performing regulatory filings and procedures with the CSSF;
- Ensuring legal monitoring and conduct legal research;
- Drafting legal documents under lawyers' supervision;
- Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.
Requisiti principali:
- - Education - Student or Graduate with a Master in Law looking for a 3 to 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;
- Fluent in English, French being considered as an asset;
- Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;
- Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
