SharePoint Revamp: Assist in the redesign and improvement of our current SharePoint site to enhance usability and functionality.
Records Management: Support the organization and management of local records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Data Migration: Help with the migration of data from the old SharePoint site to the new one, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
User Training: Develop and deliver training materials to help staff effectively use the new SharePoint site.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for further improvements in our document management processes and propose solutions.
Currently enrolled in a university program in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
