Attività:
- Support the management and implementation of ongoing sales tool developments
- Build and maintain reports to track the adoption and business impact of deployed sales tools and initiatives
- Conduct independent analyses to quantify and monitor sales performance metrics
- Identify trends and propose actionable insights to improve sales operations
- Work on improving CRM usability by analyzing field utilization and proposing streamlined layouts
- Support alignment across teams by reviewing, updating, and maintaining documentation.
Requisiti principali:
- - B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field, for example, business, engineering, statistics, or computer science
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage projects
- Good knowledge of analytics and data (knowledge of generative AI, business intelligence tools, and/or Salesforce is also considered an asset)
- An eager learner of processes, tools, and ways of working
- Ability to creatively suggest the best tools and methods for the task at hand
- Ability to work independently in a proactive and systematic way, can-do attitude
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
