Attività:
- Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processes
- Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasks
- Support improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platform
- Consult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwide
- Work together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articles
- Assist in preparing clear communication, and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments
Requisiti principali:
- - A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field
- An affinity for Technology and technical implementations
- Experience with HR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantage
- An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A data analytical and process-driven mindset
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English.
