The Philips Foundation is committed to improving access to quality healthcare for underserved communities through innovation and impact investments. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of social impact investing, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating, supporting, and scaling innovative healthcare solutions that make a difference in underserved communities.

  • Support the Impact Investment Portfolio: Assist with support to the Foundation’s portfolio of social entrepreneurs under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Due Diligence: Contribute to due diligence processes for new investments by supporting the assessment of business models, market fit, financial sustainability, and social impact potential.
Requisiti principali:
  • You are studying towards your master's in Business, Economics, Finance or related study.
  • Strong interest in impact investing, social entrepreneurship, and healthcare innovation and willing to learn more.
  • You are a team player, and you have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have analytical skills and are able to evaluate financial and operational data, perform basic due diligence, conduct market analysis, and understand key performance indicators.
  • You are research-oriented: Proficient in desk research and synthesizing insights to support decision-making processes.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms being a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
