Employee Engagement:
Take full ownership of our engagement tool Personio Surveys and provide support for our internal customers across our engagement and experience touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support the team in analysing the results of our surveys from a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
Develop resources such as slide decks, toolkits, and Confluence pages to communicate survey findings and engagement initiatives.
Employee Experience:
Support our team’s initiatives such as the Culture Champion Program (creating communication materials, supporting the operations of the program), and the Awards program to create a great employee experience.
Company Onboarding & Training Operations:
Assist in the scheduling and organising of onboarding & training activities across all Personio offices, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Support with the presentation and delivery of orientation sessions, introducing new hires to Personio’s culture, mission and values.
Work with the People, Workplace & IT (PW&I) teams to ensure new hire paperwork and compliance documents are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with IT to help set up tools, systems and accounts for new hires.
Be the face of onboarding on the ground in Munich 2x a month, serving as a main point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing guidance as they navigate their onboarding journey.
Support the collection of survey and anecdotal feedback from new hires, hiring managers and our internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Flagship Event:
Assist in the planning and execution of the Summer Sessions 2025, our yearly Flagship Event spanning over six offices.
Provide on-site support during the events, managing registration desks, attendee queries, and troubleshooting.
Create and analyse our post-event survey to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement in future sessions.
