Attività:
- Advising domestic and multinational companies on corporate matters and corporate governance;
- Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings and conference calls;
- Ensuring legal monitoring and conduct legal research on Corporate matters;
- Drafting legal documents under lawyer' supervision;
- Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.
Requisiti principali:
- - Education - Student with a Master in Law looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;
- Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
