The National Quality Risk Security (NQRS) department, especially the AML team, provides internal support to the whole Firm in terms of Anti-Money Laundering / Combatting Terrorist Financing (“AML/CTF”) controls including, the relevant checks to proceed with the acceptance of the business relationship and perform ongoing monitoring reviews.

• Organizing clients meeting according to stakeholders' availabilities.
• Preparing agenda and documentation to be presented during meetings.
• Ensuring a timely follow up of subsequent actions and KPIs after meetings.
• Tasks might evolve depending on the candidate’s performance and skills developed throughout the internship.

• Bachelor/master's degree last-year student.
• Distinguish yourself by your organizational and analytical skills, your flexibility, your team spirit and your dynamism.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in French is considered an asset.
• Having a first work experience.
• Excellent command of Office tools, especially PowerPoint. Good skills in Excel would be an asset.
• Develop a practical approach and ability to understand the operational requirements and priorities with a view to meet deadlines, whilst adhering to the firm's policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a business.
