• Graphic Design Creation: Design unique and on-brand graphic designs for apparel under the direction/supervision of the Global Product Graphic Design Manager, create seasonal illustrations, logo designs, repeat patterns and artworks aligned with brand identity and apply color and graphics to global range plans and manage updates.
• File Preparation and Production Management: Prepare print-ready files for production, ensuring high quality and accuracy, ensure artwork meets the technical specifications for screen printing, digital printing, or jacquard processes and manage filing, document updates and data entry.
• Collaboration with Key Functions: Work closely with design team and graphic/colour/product developers, collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to understand seasonal product graphic range, contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development for upcoming seasons and attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Trend Research: High level of understanding of the outdoor/performance apparel industry staying up to date on the latest designs, innovations, and graphic trends, market research and analysis to gather inspiration for creating competitive designs and present trend boards or design mood boards to the team.
• Software Skills and Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for creating and editing graphics/graphic documents and presentations, learn and adapt to any new tools and software used by the company for design and production ie VStitcher 3D Software and High level of illustration preferred.

Eligibility Requirements (must have):

• You have a student status in June 2025 OR graduated in or after May 2025
• You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport.
