• Implement garagErasmus general communication (gE activities, gE network);
• You will work with the Project Officers to implement the EU projects communication;
• Support in the organisation of garagErasmus events and activities (conferences, trainings, etc.).

Tasks:

• Update garagErasmus’ website
• Draft news articles
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
• Draft visuals (for social media, documents, newsletter) and videos
• Prepare the monthly newsletters
• Overall coordination of gE communication activities.

• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp and video editing tools
• Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok and X
• Experience in producing visuals for social media channels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of French, Italian or Dutch is a plus
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Available to travel in Europe.

Desirable skills and experiences:

• Previous experience or a strong interest in garagErasmus areas of activity (international mobility, education) and non-profit work
• Previous experience and/or studies in communication
• Previous experience in EU projects
• Previous engagement in NGOs or youth organisations as a volunteer.
