• Supporting the definition of key performance metrics and assisting in gathering resources to evaluate the effectiveness of ESG action plans.
• Assisting the ESG team with data analysis and reporting on sustainability targets e.g., SBTi Scope 1 & 2 target adherence, including benchmarking SES’s performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Contributing to ESG compliance initiatives and non-mandatory sustainability reporting frameworks by researching regulatory developments and best practices.
• Assisting in the preparation of ESG communication materials, including presentations and internal/external reports.
• Conducting desk research and benchmarking ESG-related topics, with a particular focus on sustainability efforts in the space sector, to support reporting and strategic decision-making.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Knowledge of one or more sustainability topics relevant to the industry.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present insights effectively.
• Have strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg).

 Nice to have:

• Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications.
• Experience with MS Power BI and/or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SBTi, CSRD). 
• Additional languages considered an asset.
